  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Scatter the bacon pieces over the Brussels sprouts.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and crispy and the bacon is cooked.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired before serving.
