Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then place them in the greased baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the apple cider, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, and chopped thyme until combined.
  4. Pour the glaze over the chicken thighs, coating each piece well.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the dish rest for about 5 minutes, then drizzle with the remaining glaze before serving.
