  • 2 cups tart apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish for easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until fully combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped apples and pecans.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
