Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Bang Bang sauce:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each piece into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers.
  5. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden.
  7. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl.
  8. Serve the skewers hot drizzled with the Bang Bang sauce or on the side for dipping.
